whats the easiest way nto gap my points ? will not start but turns over.aany advice would be appreciated.

you need a set of feeler gages set the gap betweet your points to 12-16 thousanths of an inch there should be a lock screw you loosen to ajust them also make sure they are clean and not pitted

also... make sure the surfaces of you points are clean and free of corrosion.  i use a piece of very high grit aluminum oxide sandpaper just to very gently remove corrosion prior to setting the gap.  fold the paper in half and slid in the gap.  wiggle gently until metal is purdy.   :P
then set you gaps. :-*

set them at the smaller gap if possible. this increases dwell time which allows the coils to charge just a bit more so you get a bit stronger spark.
