I just discovered this forum after struggling with a 78 cb550k restoration for the past 3 months. I'm sooo glad.
This is my second bike (my first, the rebel). I am finding this project to be extremely educational as I have zero mechanical experience other than periodic car maintenance.
As i venture into the land of adjusting carbs, i'm glad to have a place where i don't feel so solitary in my mechanical insecurity.
