There is a tremendous demand for a Motor sports park and there is plenty of money to be made. Not to mention, giving everyone a SAFE and... LEGAL outlet to enjoy our sport and keep it safe on the streets.
A 1/4 mile drag strip and a road corse would be ideal for both Bike's and car's.
