74 or 78?

An ongoing problem of mine seems to be coming across accidental projects... I was doing my job last week (travelling and cleaning ductwork) and was working about 5miles from my house which is an uncommon occurance. I pull up to a customer's house and what do I see but 4 gleaming pipes coming out of a aa 74 cb750. I of course begin to ask the owner what it is sitting there rotting for he tells me hasn't drivin it in 5 years i ask how much thinking donor motor for my 78. I ask him how much he says 100 bucks i say done now i have to decide which bike is the parts bike or if they will both be projects any opinion's pipes look good on the 74 has a big ugly touring fairing on it with it though sure like the dash better though

Can't go wrong with $100. It would have been sinful to pass that up because of too many projects. Post some pics and let the members help you decide which to work on.

Take a bunch of pics of each type, take a good long look at both types over a week or so, then decide which one you wanna wake up beside, in a ditch, afyer a long ride, far away from home..
Or if you cant decide , keep both..
