CB 550 78 problem with ROD after disable clutch cover.

Hi every one. Please excuse me. This is first time and my English is second language.
I am rebuilding CB 550 and making to cafe racer.
After i disable clutch cover ( was polishing it) i think i have problem with rod or clutch level. The ROD does not want to push in. Then I put back clutch cover the clutch does not want to go up. I will try to up loud photo.
I try to lose a springs by unscrewing 4 bolts then it is working.
Please HELP

You won't be able to push the rod in with your fingers.  And, moving the outer lever takes considerable force.  Have you tried it with a cable connected to the bar lever, and using the lever to dissengage the clutch?

No I did not try. My bike is all apart. I will try to figure something out.
I have one more question. Those 4 bolt with springs how far do i have to screw them, to the dead end or leave some space.

Section 1 of the Cb500/550 Shop manual, shows the torque specs for the 6 x 20 clutch bolts are 1.0-1.4 Kg-m or 7.2-10.1  Ft lbs.
The bolts must be screwed in evenly so as not to warp or break the mechanism.  So, don't put all that torque on just one bolt all at once.  Twist each one a turn or two and move on to the next until all are at torque spec.  I like to use a criss cross pattern.

Thank you "TwoTired" you were right. I need more pressure in order to push in a rod. Every think is working. And i bought a tool so i cam measure pressure by tightin a bolts
