I just bought a HTC Desire and it's a brain drain trying to drive it beyond the basics.
The kids are going to give me some tuition over the Xmas holidays.
They don't make these phones user freindly for fingers that have been around nuts and bolts and spanners for most of their life.  ;D
If I was you
I'd be worried about me.

I feel for ya mick, im useing an HTC aria now which is the most complex phone I've owned. Anything more than basic is a pain in the arse. Check out at&t website under support, they have some helpful tutorials. Boats

Thanks mate.
I guess that I'll get a bit more of an idea once the kids give me a run down and I'll also check out that support website.
The reason that I bought it was to save carting a laptop around when I go away.
The old Nokia was over 10 years old and was still going like a trojan.
It was just a basic phone that did the job but I bowed under pressure and now I've got a monster to deal with.  :D

If this Smart "Arse" Phone keeps giving me the horrors, that'll make 2 of us without one mate.
My buddy back bladed a backhoe bucket across his and the mongrol still rang after the modification.  8)

You don't even need a land line when you can yell from one side of the island to the other. ;D
