I'm at that point in the engine build and need to properly space the ring end gaps. What have you used, where did you find it, and what was the cost?

It's beginning to look like I may be buying a filer tool for 1 time use that may cost close to/in excess of $50. Maybe we should get a shared/loaner/pool tool that can be sent to the next needy recipient for say $10 less than what that person paid for it. Next person pays $40 then passes it along for $30, etc. That way it costs the first 5 users $10 each per use plus shipping and after 5 users it's paid for and goes back to the original purchaser. No one has to eat the full price as long as it is passed on down the line.
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

Manley used to offer a small handcrank model.

 If its under a c-note dont let it get outa your sight, not worth it if you need again, and have to look for it
