I'm going to start making some more engraved badges.

engraved plastic......  Found some material that is 1/8" thick so they will be "beefier" than the last versions.

From the manufacturer:  "Metalgraph plus is the first metallic engraving laminate engineered for
exterior use and formulated for exceptional corrosion resistance and UV stability.  Its integrated hardcoat and subsurface brush finish
provides superior protection and is moisture and fingerprint resistant."

This material is also heat bendable - meaning, with some heat you can mold it slightly to fit the contour of your tank or side covers better.
I'll have the material in within the week.    Brushed stainless color.

Here's what they'll look like:

I'll be able to do 500, 550, 650, 750 badges - nobody will be left out.

check the for sale & service offered page if interested.    I'll have something up there shortly.

$25 for 2 emblems - 1 left, 1 right.

I can add SS after the 750 on the top line for all you supersport guys.

If anyone is interested, just PM me and I'll get all the contact info etc.

Sounds fantastic. You should team up with frankenbike and make your emblems fit his sidecovers or vice versa of course.

They look perfect for the side covers....would you use these on the tank also? or do you have a larger version or a more "traditional" tank badge?  maybe a better question is..what size are they? Looks like they may be larger then the "gold diamond" on my 72...will they fit the inset on the older covers? I can bondo in the "750Four" part...

The current dimensions are 3.184" x 2.681"      That size is kinda limited due to the tooling I have at my disposal.  I can go larger, but not smaller.
I originally designed it to go on the sides of my tank after I filled the emblems - at least that's where they are on my bike.

They also look good on side covers as well.   My covers are also filled so I don't know what they will or will not cover up....

The material is 1/8" thick.
