Can you ID these cb750 side covers? Patt Part?
« on: November 27, 2010, 05:06:45 AM »
These side covers came with my F3, but i think they fit a later cb750k.  Need some help ID'ing what bike they fit, so i can post in the "for sale section".  Plastic, good quality, embossed "Patt Part" on the back. Thanks,

They look like F covers so if they fit your F3 then they are for the F2/3 bikes. The right would also work on an F0/1.

Those are F side covers.  Most likely mid series SOHC F.

ok, got it and many thanks.  right one fits my f3 fine, left one is a no-go so it's for 75/76f years.

The K0 side covers I bought from LPM Plastic off of eBay were marked PATT PART on the back, and looked similar quality-wise to yours.  I'm betting yours are from them.

Yep, they're LPM, I bought a left one for my F2 from DSS. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Actually, I just remembered that it was the DSS one that fell off my F2 on it's maiden voyage, complete with new candy paint and a new OEM badge, never to be seen again, because the lugs were slightly smaller than on the OEM one I replaced it with. I initially blamed the grommets but the used sidecover that a member here sent me fit nice and tight, and is still on the bike 5 years later. Cheers, Terry. ;D

Yep, They look like an exact match to my 76 CB750F. I just bought a reproduction pair on Ebay for $37.95 each I think they were.
