Plastic Surgery
A women goes in for plastic surgery and the Doc tells her about the "Knob" ?
He's says he can install a "Knob" on the top of her head under her hair and throughout the years she can just turn the knob a little and tighten up her skin on her face instead of coming back for more surgery !
She got excited and said lets do it !
So after having the surgery every so often she would just turn the Knob and her wrinkles in her face would go away, amazing!
But after a few years she went back the the Doctor and said i have a couple of questions?
#1 whats these bags under my eyes?
The Doc says , those aren't bags , they're your Boobs??!!
She says, well I guess I don't have to ask about the "Goatee", huh ?
