HELP!!!!

Old
Black             Black/White
White             Brown/White
Blue              Yellow/Red
Red/White

New
Black              Black
Black/White     Brown/White
Yellow            White
White/Yellow   Yellow/Red
Blue

Here's the standard SOHC4 functions, by color:
Black = Ignition power to the switch.
Black/White = Power from the Kill switch to the Ignition coils.
Yellow/Red = power to the Starter solenoid. This circuit varies, depending on whther the 35F had a safety module of not. In the "not" case, the other side of this switch came from Black. In the "yes" case, the White/Yellow might be the other side of the Start switch.
Blue = headlight HI beam.
White = Headlight LO beam.
Brown/White = tail and instrument lights. This is fed power from one of the Black wires.

In most of the 350 bikes (twins or Fours), those 2 Balck wires are not connected together in the switch, so they must be connected together in the headlight bucket. One of them feeds the lights, while the other feeds the Kill switch.

 Hope that helps?  :)

Low beam filament might be burnt out. Use the beeping part of your voltage meter and check the filament.
13 in the garage and counting...

Maybe check for voltage at the connector on the back of the headlight? I've seen where someone has removed the little flat clips that were in them, then reinstalled them differently, before. This was a way to make both filaments come on with one switch setting before halogen headlights came around and improved things for everyone. The 35w headlight on the 350F attracted this technique with college kids I knew, followed by low battery problems as the alternator could not keep up with the then 70w headlight.  :-\

This presumes that the headlight is not Honda's Stanly unit with the leads hanging out of the glass, but has been updated to have the connector plug and the plug-in beam bulb or the replaceable bulb element (I think Rocky made those back then).

Run hi-beam 24-7 and run it .  That's what a friends 200 has come to, low is too dim.
