A Kiwi Christmas greeting
« on: December 24, 2010, 01:48:58 AM »
Well as we New Zealanders are the first in the world to see the new day I guess it is beholding upon one of us to start the Christmas wishes.

To all the great people on this site and it's creators, maintainers, moderaators etc may you all have a damn good safe Christmas with your loved ones and get safely through the New Year.
I will probably never meet most of you wonderful people in the flesh but in some strange way you are like one almight extended family.
May your God go with you and 2011 be a good year for you as well......Hush. :)
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!

Thanks for your kind words and wishes Hush and good thoughts to all of you guys too and a Merry Christmas.
On a sombre but not to be forgotten note, a quiet thought and prayer for the 29 guys, their families, their friends and all touched by the events at Pike River.
This song is a dedication to them all - Simply The Best
Mick

If I was you
I'd be worried about me.

Same goes back to you non-Kiwi''s also right?  ???
Laugh at least once a day.
Life  $ucks, then you die.
You are entitled to your own opinions, but not your own facts.
God forces us to live with  non-believers to test our resolve.

Cheers Mick, it's been quite a sombre time for NZ, we have had some horrific child abuse cases, the Christchurch earthquake (which amazingly killed no one) and the Pike River Mine tragedy.
Here's hoping we learned something from 2010 and go into 2011 wiser and fore armed. :)
