It is a cool bike, no question. The parts on it alone make it a "No title-no problem" bike IMO.

Military shipping your "stuff" from your overseas assignments is only determined by quantity, and if it will pass customs. The military will ship a motorcycle without batting an eye, trust me. The whole Italy thing makes perfect sense, and that is a cool bike.
The tank's construction (steel/fiberglass/aluminum) will be a HUGE factor in the value. Also the buyer needs to see how well the bike was cobbled together.
