did a little work over the past 2 days....
i plugged up the holes for the ugly choke plates on the GSXR throttle bodies...
I used some JB weld and some flat head counter sunk hardened steel screws to fill and make the holes look a little better...
here are some pictures for you junkies....
Put some tape on the inside to maintain the contour of the inside of the throttle body
fill with JB weld....
insert a flat head screw into the JB-weld to finish off the hole... note the finished flat head screw on the left and the unfinished TB on the right...
I also have some fuel rail stock on the way from ross machine racing, some wiring pigtails for my GM-3 bar MAP sensor and a air-cooled VW CHT sensor. all that is left to do is to drill the fuel rail to match the re-spacing, and get the fuel system parts and plumb it. then get to tuning the thing....
