   I gave em hell for quite awhile, but have lost alot of my drive last year. 

   I'm trying to get back in the swing of things, but the older I get, the harder it is to get myself back in gear. I ain't DOWN yet.   

   Good to hear from ya Kirk! I owe alot to You John (jtb) and his buddy for getting that Jawa engine to where I could better get it.  I'll NEVER forget the efforts that you all made for me.

...hey, funny thing about that Jawa engine.  Recently, I've been casually looking for one of those 200cc Lifan chinese engines to swap into my vintage SL100 bitsa-bike.  I've read that they're a direct bolt-in swap.  Anyway, one came onto my local Craigslist this past weekend for cheap, so I wound up picking it up, and it turned out to be the very same guy you bought your Jawa motor from!  The guy gave me directions over the phone, and I was thinking to myself - hey, I think I've been there before!  Yep - same guy.  So I thought about ya this very past Sunday.

Anyway, now back to our regularly scheduled thread...
