CB400F cam chain

The only reference I can find on the 400/4 shows an 82 link 219T type cam chain.  Is this correct?

Has anyone run 219H type cam chains in the Honda 400/4's?  If so, any problems?

I have a 219T type chain that's going in the engine,, I think the problem is the arm not the stock chain size   ;D

Jeff, I've replaced my cam chain but I did it during a complete engine strip and used an endless chain bought from David Silver Spares. I believe you will be OK using a split chain as in 60 years of motorcycling I've never had a split link failure provided they are fitted the correct way.

The problem is I can't find a master link for the 219T chain type.

It is probably worth asking David Silver Spares as He is one of the best sources of Honda spares.
