Topic: Will F parts work on my C???

I was looking online for some parts for my 81 CB750C, and I see alot of parts for the same bike but "F" model.

If I buy a part for a 81 CB750F, will that fit on my 81 CB750C?

Engine parts are mostly the same, there are some differences in cams, and carbs but all parts could be interchanged.  but the frame, body, suspension and wheels are different, but if you really wanted to you could adapt most of the items
