In my young modeling career, I was most famous as the poster boy for birth control.  It's not PC to say, "STop Overpopulating The World" anymore, though.  Teaching kids how to NOT get [regnant will make them want to get pregnant.  Who knew?

If you're talking about the knucklehead I think...
The next morning she turned the lights on and ran out screaming.
I think maybe the phone calls were threats.

About 30 years back I saw my name on the front page of a major paper.
Turns out big drug dealer had my same name.

So.....famous by association?

I was on the front page of the sports section of our local paper once, does that count? back in the days when I thought the only way to go fast on a bike was to pedal harder.

Closest I got to famous was a  20 minute conversation with Dick Vermeil at the Home Depot where I work.  Gotta say the man is unpretentious and quite the gentleman. It was right after he retired from the Rams, he lives locally and was shopping in the paint department where I am the supervisor.  I did not realize who he was at first until I turned to look closely and saw the St. Louis Rams Super Bowl hat.  I said, "Are you who I think you are?"  He kind of chuckled, stuck out his hand to shake mine and asked me my name and then introduced himself.  We talked for 20 minutes or so about football and home repair.

I also met Bob Feller when I was a very young boy.  My mother had dated him before she met my Dad.  Feller was doing an appearance at a local appliance store. Had my picture taken with him and got an autographed baseball-both have disappeared over the years >:( :( :(

Also made the local crimes section back in the 70's.  I was following the leads of Presidents Bush and Clinton.  Guess what I got busted for ;D ;D ;D...Larry

born of german royalty
just waiting for the call to come and claim my rightful heritage

Same here mate, born into Irish aristocracy, just have to wait for the Queen of England to give me back my fcuking castle, and for all my relatives to curl up and die so I'm next in line for the throne. I think I'll take up pole dancing while I'm waiting........  ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

"Crazy is a very misunderstood term, it's a fine line that some of us can lean over and still keep our balance" (thanks RB550Four)
