Maybe if the germans had spent more time developing a nuke and less time stuffing motors into wheels the may have had a better chance at winning the war.  ;D ;D  Sorry bad joke.

Maybe if they worked as hard developing motorcycles as they did trying to rule the world, we would all be a lot further ahead.
There would definetley be a lot more old dudes riding around and less young men buried.

Heh...wish I still had my stack of Street Chopper and Big Bike mags...some old gold in there fer sure.  Read the article about the German bike, I loved it in the first couple of paragraphs, in an article from 1938..."The staff had restored an old Megola..." hard to think of people restoring "old" bikes 75 years ago .... ;D   guess some things transcend time... ;)

come on thats just crowd control. If its not us doing it to ourselves is a disease, and diseases dont make good movies or video games.  ;)

I would ride one of those bikes though. even if theyre completely impractical.

A lot of us rode with bellbottoms flapping.  We are not too ashamed to admit it 40 years after the fact.  I think.  :D  :D

One of the best parts of bell bottoms is how they would hook on the footpeg and pull you over, or get caught in the chain guard ??? :o.   Never happened to me ;)...Larry
