One of the best parts of bell bottoms is how they would hook on the footpeg and pull you over, or get caught in the chain guard . Never happened to me ...Larry
Found this pic of my dad (number 280) and his best friend who I was named after. I believe he raced a 305 Greive. I think this is from 1961 - 62. The area is a small town in Eastern Washington by Grand Coulee Dam. In a "It's a Small World" story my mom's third husband used to race the same clay tracks my dad did in the same years in the same area. Probably raced against each other.
