Topic: Anybody have a spare tach cable cover retaining screw or know the size of screw?

Bike: '78 750k

I'm looking for the screw that holds the cable inside the valve cover. 

Stealership says the part is discontinued, and out of all my mounds of leftover hardware I cannont find a screw that will work in the valve cover!!!

Part # is 12435-300-003 according to the stealership.

Apologies if this post should be in classified...I though IF somebody knows the size then maybe  I could locate one at ACE or something...

It's a panhead 5mm X 25 mm. doesn't give the thread size.  Try part # 93500-05025 at the stealership.
