Boston bar is good, it's almost 1/2 way ;)

If I were to do the whole ride Friday, I have to start here at 7:30am to make it to Boston Bar by 2:00pm. I thought the 2:00pm meet time gave us both time to get back before it gets cold up there. Since you don't need to leave until 10:00am or so, I could call you in the morning to let you know if I am going to go that early.

If I wake up to pissing sideways rain, I'll still make it to Vancouver, but later in the day when it breaks, and be there for a Sat run.

I thot Boston Bar sounded like a donut  .. heh..heh..

SPUZZUM AND YALE AND BOSTON BAR WERE HUGE PLAYERS IN THE FRASER GOLD RUSH DAYS..
Just bring up a map online look go 80 miles East of Van, turn left..north .. about 30 miles.. Spuzzum!! I kid you not people in BC say Spuzzum ??, its beyond Hope...!!

Just thinking it would look so cool in the book or final story to day we had a meet in Spuzzum..

However you are coming, it looks like you have to pass through Hope before you get to Spuzzum. ;)

I'm still planning to pull a LizNapp in Victoria and bring him back to Seattle for a minute if we can work it out. Let me know.

Derek, you tha man! Wow, we pulled this #$%* off. Totally amazing if I do say so myself. I must say that I knew we could do it from the time I came up with this crazy idea back in December but there were a few times of concern (not the PNW!)  ;)

Congratulations to any and all that had anything to do with this. A hearthfelt thanks for making my dream come true. You guys are definitely the best!  :) HOWEVER, all accolades actually go out to Godzilla. He is tha REAL MAN that MADE this happen. Excuse me while I piss in my pants with joy. HELL YEAH!!

Just got in about 8:30 ish...managed not to run out of gas  the rest of the day...

Wicked cold in the mountains, the last pass is 1700 metres, think thats a mile high..felt like it was low 40s up there.. at only 7:30.. then in 15 mile you get down to 1300 feet, and 66 degrees... felt a bit better..

very cool ride thru the Fraser Canyon, went thru Spuzzum.. stopped at Hells Gate,...

sure is easier to put on miles when the days are longer..

Glad you made it!! 8) Know what you mean about the change in temperature with elevation; my first 100 miles carrying GZ went from 90 degrees F in Phoenix to in the 40's as i got to 4500'. Froze my ass off for the last 10 miles. ;)
