Correct me if I'm out of line here but it seems this GZ trek is losing a bit of steam and SOHC4 spirit since it's arrival out west. The riders' log hasn't had an entry in almost a month, legs of the relay are down to lone riders just hussling GZ through as fast as possible, there are no meet and greets or pics being taken, what's going on?
The southern, midwest, east coast, and canadian legs all seemed like a party with groups of riders meeting up for beers or whatever whether they rode long distances or just across town. Now it's "here, you take it, no you take it, OK I guess I'll take it." I know timing is everything and not everyone can take time off from work or family stuff, me included but I think a few of us can and should get together for a meet and greet before GZ leaves Seattle at least to meet other members and say that we were there and to post a pic to the rider's log. Isn't that what the spirit of this relay is all about? Like I said correct me if I'm wrong.
And again on the breakfast thing if we had it somewhere in the southend maybe the Tacoma and other southend guys could make it if even for a little bit. We can all put our hands on GZ for a pic to post online. Just a thought. Then on to the great white north.
