If we can't get him moving I'm going to have to ask 1080 or 754 to ship him back home to me.  We should have been done by now.

I don't understand either of those statements. GZ was not in Seattle long enough to form a get together because you put the rush on. That's a regret I have. Several people have mentioned they would liked to have been in on meeting up. One of the biggest  reasons behind this is getting lost because GZ is being rushed. I gotta ask why? What's the rush?
I suggest we let the remaining PNW'ers have more get togethers if possible. To stop this now seems silly to me. If I had my druthers when GZ was here I would have kept him until a get together took place.

+1  Would have loved to participate if GZ would have been around longer than a day.

Ditto that was my sentiment as he was coming through town. Maybe GZ can just take up residence here? The winters are mild and wet I imagine a lizard would appreciate that. And we have a lot of SOHC4s here in the PNW. It would've been fun to take him to Backfire Moto night for some great photo ops. Oh well maybe next time.

it snOWed on the pass the morning!!
Hey Greg, you forgot to say,
DONT MAKE ME COME UP TO FINISH THIS !!

 Thursday and Friday have highs of 16 & 18 degrees. I think 20 degrees is 68 F.

Now do you guys understand the rush?? As far as GZ taking up residence in the PNW, have you forgotten that riders in New Zealand and Australia are eagerly awaiting his arrival?

I doubt anybody forgot I think most are just thinking we have the rest of our lives to complete this and what's wrong with side stepping a little to ad to the venture. This was about meeting members and having fun isn't it?

I could pop up to seaweb's and snag GZ from him after the Canadian's have their way. Then we can take him to Backfire on Oct 19th and send him to Australia end of October. That's still just barely starting to be spring down there. I doubt the blog is going to catch up with his tour by November anyway.

No biggy if not, just mentioning possibilities.

While we looking at possibilities, could a route to Hope from Seattle and back again work out for anyone?

GZ did his best, trying to learn the English wheel. He did pretty well, considering all of his previous experience with shaping metal was to stomp the #$%* out of it. ;D

Yes, I see it now. I saw the clock-spring and the bicycle pedal on the starter, and assumed HD V-twin.

Allright guys, I have court again tomorrow and am heading towards Vancouver on Fri.  "I said it out loud so it must be true"
If the weather is good on Friday, I am completely OK with riding up and doing it then.
Sat could be an alternate for me to ride East and pick up GZ.
The weather forecast this past week has been wrong almost every day, so lets get er done. I def want to be back in Vancouver for Sat night though.

Thanks for everyones patience. Jerry and I had a lot of conversations about this ride long before it became real, and I really wanted to carry it to the Coast.  Life sometimes gets in the way and I may not have a house to come back to anyway?  ::)

Derek,

Frequent flier miles don't look good to Phuket on United. Other ideas? How about New Zealand? Sheep at the worst  ; Haven't checked that yet . GZ doesn't need a ticket as he owns the airlines!  ;) ;)
