I might have to take a trip to Cairns! ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

I'd hate to think what the fuel economy would be like, I raced a guy from Melbourne to Sale (250 klicks) he was on a Kawasaki H2 750 and I was on a Suzuki GT750, and we both had to stop and refuel our bikes twice! Plus he had to stop and change his plugs every 50 klicks or so, so even though we were racing, with all the stops we had to make, we didn't actually get there any quicker than I would if I was riding any other bike, ha ha! ;D

I want the RS500, at 286 pounds US (130kg) and 120 horsepower.
286lbs/120hp = 2.38 pounds per horsepower.

That is getting close to Formula One power-to-weight ratios.
An F1 car's power-to-weight ratio is:  1367lbs/730hp  = 1.87lbs per hp.

The RS-500 is 'relatively' affordable for an exotic bike @  $22,500.

If you're on a budget and can't afford the Lotus or the Ferrari, you can
certainly afford the RS-500.  I'm glad to see the TSS is still around,
I sent an email at the very start of the recession to get info about the 500
and they never replied.  I figured the recession did them in.  So thanks
for posting this.

I suspect that 2200cc two-stroke mentioned on the RSS site
will have you in jail with huge fines the first day you ride it.  Maybe Bonneville.....?
I wonder if there is a class for a 2200cc 4-cylinder 2-stroke at Bonneville.

BRING ON THE SMOKERS!!!!!!
NICE GOING RSS, from the Land of Mad Max!!!

Hell YEAH!!!!  heh..back when I was young and really dumb ('76)..the only time I ever tried to elude a cop was on a cafe'd Suzuki T250 that had just been rebuilt. In a neighborhood setting, I was up and down this street and that, heading for a walk bridge over the freeway that I knew the cop car couldn't get over. I had no mirrors, no tail light, no plate.....and it wasn't my bike (not stolen, I was tuning it for a friend) so no papers, plus a couple things in my pocket I didn't want to get in trouble for. Ran out of gas before I got there. Got a two page ticket, cop was laughing and said it was just too easy following the trail of smoke, and since they didn't write me up for possesion, I'm sure him and his buddy took my stash and hashpipe out to the field and smoked it all... :'(   ahhhh...those were the days....;D ;D    couldn't even imagine 2200ccs of two stroke madness...but I WANT IT!!!!!  yeah...I'm still crazy.. ;D
