Missing a lot of very expensive body/trim parts to do a complete restoration though.
We'll all be someone else's PO some day.

That bike is such a mishmash of parts.  The only things that look to be proper "sandcast" parts are the block and the frame, assuming the seller isn't lying.

That is so sad.

It looks like someone Krylon'd the engine for the 750F look.

Yes the sarcasm is duely noted, but it would be not much different than buying a frame with papers and a set of cases. Just aquiring the rims and front fender would cause most to faint. Funny how hindsight has a neat way of making what seemed like a neat idea at the time to prove to be foolhardy 30 plus years later. The bike probably remained pretty normal for the first part of its life. :D

When P.T.Barnum made his famous quote, he could see into the future and the advent of eBay. ;D
But there are also some great deals on there. You have to check for typos to get the really great stuff. When you're bored and have time to get creative with typos - you'll be surprised at what you will find.
