Just wanted to stop in the new members area and say hi.
Last week I started a '74 750 Cafe project. Had to dust off a lot of my tools I haven't used in quite some time. I helped run a motorcycle shop in Indy back in the mid to late 80's after I graduated from MMI, then kinda got out of bikes all together for a long time. I started riding again about 4 years ago on a 4 cylinder Kawi LTD 750. Kinda went thru it a few weeks ago and got the bug back to start turning wrenches again. Just working out of my Driveway/Half garage for now but maybe rent a workshop one day. I'll try to do a build thread but I'm bad about taking pictures. I will probably do some posting on the tips thread as there are some things that are coming back to me that we used to do back then when we were working on these bikes on a daily basis. Maybe it'll be of some help.
