I got my CB750 from my wife's uncle 4 years ago.  He now lives in Virginia and just mailed me the title.  He signed it but didn't get it notarized.  I'm pretty sure the BMV won't do the transfer without the stamp.

Then you have to send it back to him if the state he lives in requires his signature to be notarized.  Laws vary from state to state, so call jhis state's motor vehicle department to find out first.
Your BMV may have that info, too.

I am a Notary, but if someone Notarized that signature, in most States it would be a felony.
