Topic: 68 BSA Thunderbolt...What's it worth???

I have a 68 BSA Thunderbolt with 20k miles on it. It starts and runs good, leaks a little bit of oil, but other than that is just fine. Everything is original on it, I think even the tires. The paint is still good, some of the rubber like the fork gators and on the foot pegs are dry rotted, and some of the cables probably need replaced. What's a good asking price?

Eh, they were junk when new, and yours sounds like a crappy example of the breed what with all the dry-rot and deterioration you describe.  You'll probably have to GIVE it away.  

And, um, I GUESS I could maybe come up and take it off yer hands....
