Hi can anyone tell where I can a bike paint from the 70s on a 1971 CB750 Honda  I need the Color Candy garnett Brown.  I had found a sight earlier but my harddrive crashed and now I cant find him anymore.  I know he sold everything you needed as a kit to paint the whole bike.  any help would eb appreciated  Thanks,   Mike

FWIW

I guess most know this. - If you have a good "sample" of the paint you want (on a piece of metal/figerglass) a competent auto paint store can take a photo of it, run it thru their computor and mix an exact color match. Some of 'em can even put it in a rattle can (with a special tip, etc.). Of course, not all auto paint stores are equipped to do this.

Nephew did this, using the cans and put a really nice custom color job on his '02 Triumph. 'Must include, he is really good with a gun or a can. A little color sanding and clear-coat and she looks great!

'Might be an option.

I paid for candy gold paint (base coat & candy paint) set 55 or 60 Euros equal to 70 or 78 us$
The brand of the color is RH, just ask him for candy garnet brown and I think with shipping + tax it would be  much cheaper then 150us$.
