Haven't done much real work yet, just scabbing things together to get some ideas.

Started with this:

And playing with the new frame, I probably will stick with Honda forks (off 954) but I thought the 636 were purty gold

Still making decisions before I really get rolling.

Swingarm is from 636, , that will probably stay, it fits in the frame nice, holes had to be opened up for the larger pivot bolt and I will likely shave the passenger peg mounts. Allows for a wider assortment of wheels, I have some 954 wheels and 636 wheels, but I am debating on the wheel ordeal. I kinda want spokes over the sportbike wheels. I am debating between red frame or gray. It's all still in planning stages really. I'm trying to stick with what I have lying around to keep it low buck.

Offset sprockets, or a jackshaft worse case. Plenty of room to mount one. Based on the measurements, I should be able to offset the front and shim the rear.

I found with the gsxr wheels i have that the rear sprocket carrier sticks out a long way so i had some meat removed from the carrier, there is still clearance for the chain from the tyre and an offset front sprocket fixes the alignment problem....I have plenty of pics of old Honda's with wider wheels an no jackshaft.....I can post some if you like.?

yeah I was thinking the same thing about milling the carrier, I'm not looking to run anything too crazy back there, We'll see, If I run the spokes it will be a non issue. I'm going to look at some spoke wheels tomorrow that will probably force my decision.
