Nice bike.  One thing I can say about the bikes from Japan that I've seen... they've got clean lines and are finished very nicely!  You guys really know how to make them look "right."

I'd be interested in an aluminum swingarm for a cb750f. Any idea what that might cost?

I searched swing arm first on Yahoo auction with word "CB750".

http://auctions.search.yahoo.co.jp/search?select=02&ei=UTF-8&p=CB750&auccat=2084016511&tab_ex=commerce&slider=0

Some items are brand new.
Some other items are used aluminium swing arm which removed from CB750.

If I got new information,I will let you know at once.

This swing arm was removed 1980 CB750K. Swing arm seems KAWASAKI's bike's swing arm. :D

20% might be a bit high, but I have  a  friend that orders from ok!shon a fair number of times. He has someone who in in business that gives him a straight shipping and handling price.

You may have niche in shipping and handling items as does this other person, but please do not plan it to get rich off just us guys.

There's usually internal shipping as well, he buys it band its shipped to him first, i buy guitars this way from Japan, I also think 20% is a bit much though, and should probably be negotiated by PM....
I should also add that a lot of Japanese companies don't do international shipping ....

20 % is 0ut of line  high if it is as easy to pack as a swingarm and worth excess of $x k.

I understand some hobbysts have money for big spendy items , but for the trinkets that only cost a few bucks, $20 handling is affordable handling and more than 20% price than some trinkits.   There it's given  a 100% gratuity is necessesary to make it worth the trouble on a 20 buck oil seal on an international facilitator.

Sales commission should be paid by the actual seller/manufacture rather than call it 'handling'  on the high end things on the market.

Just talking stateside- I hear it's as hard or  even harder to get things from Japan to Austrailia.

Actually, i have never had any problems, i use EMS {shipping company} and if i don't have to wait for it o be shipped to my buyer then its 2 to 4 days for a 10 Kilo package {22.5 pound} and between 100 and 120 dollars for shipping depending which guy i use, one has a 20% charge one is 10% on big priced items and 20% on small and my mate Joe in Yokohama only charges me shipping.....

Hi Guys,
I have been the International distributor for MC Again for about eight or nine years now.
I am in the United States, I have the exhaust system in stock ($550.00), and had posted an aluminum swing arm in the parts for sale section some time ago. The swing arm is now spoken for.
I don't push my parts on the forum for the simple reason that it's a forum and not supposed to be for advertising purposes.
I rely on my customers to spread the word on the forums.
Because of the weak dollar the parts from Japan are expensive. Shipping is also very expensive.

Any way, just thought I would put in my two cents worth.
Some of their items and many others can be seen on my site at WWW.400fourstore.com

Hi Everyone,

First, sorry for my thread was against this forum credo.

For example a motorcycle
If someone import a motorcycle,I would recommend to import a shop who import motorcycles with ocean container.
Importing only a motorcycle personally cost much than a shop who import with ocean container.

If you buy some Japanese parts,I would recommend to compare various way.
Someone has a connection, and some one has a connection like local aftermarket parts store
who is a representative for Japanese goods.

I will pay attention to introduce Japanese motorcycle parts and motorcycles from now.

Thanks
Ito

Hi Ito,
Welcome to the forum.
You didn't do anything wrong. I just wanted to make the guys on the forum aware that there is a distributor in the USA for the MC Again parts.

We welcome anyone to the forum, and if you are willing to help someone get the parts they desire ~ that is a great thing!

Your bike is very nice, I think I have seen it in pictures that Mr Matsunaga sent me from a CB400F rally in Japan.
