CB550F (US model) rear wheel cush rubbers

None of the usual suppliers (David Silver, CMS, Old Bike Barn) have them and there seem to be no pattern parts available. Any thoughts on how I can replace them (the ones I have just taken out are not the healthiest).

I've never heard before that somebody had to replace them. Are you sure they are worn?
