Comstar / 76CB750f wheel compatability
« on: January 25, 2011, 01:51:09 PM »
I'm sure this has been discussed to death but I can't seem to find the answer. Does anyone know if a comstar from a 77/78 750f or any comstar or other mag for that matter, is a direct bolt on for a 76 750f. Better yet does anyone know of an application that used an 18" alloy rim (preferably gold) that would lace up to my hub.

I already have the matching rear rim from the Goldwing wheelset but I've pretty much talked myself out of dropping down to the 17" rim size. I don't want to change the rake of the bike or lower it in any way.
So much to do, so little time.

Dont forget the 77/78 front comstars are 19 inches not 18.
