POPS,you can only go 915 max without doing bottom end.What size you trying to build,need the special sleeves CycleX has to run a 915....and the flashing has to cleaned up....can be done CAREFULLY without splitting cases,Bill

POPS,K,no matter who what cc,you should replace cylinder studs APE!Jay,and use CycleX Kenny,MLS head gasket,surfaces level.....No leaks,Cylinder head torque goes from 16.5 to 22 ft/lbs!! Just my .02. You still got the NS 400/500 83? I sold my 83 NS400 last year to buy the turbo 750!Fun bike .....both of them! Bill

BILL: If you had the time I could load up bike and bring to your shop = would better pay a racer to do the work and know that the work was done RIGHT! Got my CB750A [ 1976 ] street bike and my 1982 CB900F SUPER SPORT BOL D'OR in paint work and complete restore at this time. Picked up a 1984 YAMAHA XVZ12DL for $900 with 20,000 miles that needs paint and a few minor repairs. If you want some cash send me a note, I have truck ,trailer will travel SOUTH.

stacks are chrome and you can use the stock boots with slight modification, the webers are slightly larger than the original carbs. Meaning the outer barrels are a pinch wider and the inners are a pinch narrower.
