Very cool!  RR

I was put on Earth to accomplish a certain number of things. Now I'm so far behind, I'll never die!

What, you've never heard of a Benelli Sei? 6 cylinder, supposedly based on the CB500/4

Beautiful bike, about 25 years ago a druggy mate of mine (who regularly gave me bikes he had bought thinking he could ride them) offered me a Benelli 6, it had been sitting in a dusty shed for quite a while even then.
But I told him I couldn't take such a nice machine off him for free and told him to advertise it.
Can anyone say...........DUMMY!!!!!!
He also gave me a Honda CL175 which I restored and a CB360 again which I took back to new, he offered me a free Montessa trials bike too which I refused, they are probably worth $$ now too! :'(
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!

Even Benelli self at the time admitted the "Sei" was an ordinary 11/2 500 Four.

Sweet bike!!! I worked with a guy back in the 70's that had a Benelli 6 banger with the 6 pipes. Had no idea it could slip into a 750 frame. Looks like it was made for it.  8) 8)

The Bennelli copy of the HONDA was so close that many of the motor parts are interchangable. Check out the carbs and intakes on that bike.

I think it would have been smarter to install it in a 500F, it looks nice enough, but whats the point? However, a 750/6 based on the 500/4 engine installed in a nice 500/4 would look super cool, methinks.............  :-\
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"
