I feel for you guys back east. Isn't this about the 4th 2 footer you guys have had?! We've seen maybe 6-8" ALL winter so far along Colorado's front range. 70 one week then -20 the next week is something else though.
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

I can't come to terms with the temperatures you guys are talking here.
It sounds to me like you should be able to register your bikes for the months that it's possible to ride 'em. I don't think I'd be able to survive outside over there in winter.  :o

With a name like that you would be a natural over here.  Come on over and bring your mittens.  There is an article in our local paper today about some folks who piled all the snow they have had to shovel onto their patio and then hollowed it all out enough to have standing room, put in chairs, and a fireplace.  Holds up to 15 people. ;D

Actually my 'nick' comes from my love of soft serve ice cream, one brand is FrostyBoy', I don't mind the cooler weather, however here at home snow is something we hear about but never experience.
The heavy snowfalls over there seem to be creating as much drama as the floods & cyclone over here. I hope all you guys stay safe.

How cold does it get?  Sometimes we have to use ice scrapers on the INSIDE of the car windows. ;D
