A new Aussie -
« on: December 23, 2010, 08:55:40 AM »
Gday all !

Just wanted to check into Oz forum ..... so consider me checked in ! :)

I have just recently moved to Michigan USA.....  :( ( it was my wife's choice as she is native here )

Well I miss our crissy weather already - its currently snowing here and around -4c.  Have had as much as 1ft in 24 hours last week.
Driving on ice is scary, driving in snow storm is nuts.... and unfortunately i wont be riding anytime soon ;(

Anyone own a Hodaka Wombat or have seen one ?

Hey Cool Wombat...in more ways than one.  :D

So, do you eat, roots and leaves??? (dont worry, the Americans wouldnt undersand).

Nice to see you on board, But perhaps you should say hello on the general welcome forum,
The Aussie one is just read by Aussies..... Seeing your not here anymore......

You want the American threads, read by Americans.

Im sure there are lots of US Michiganites with Hondas, not sure about Hodaka Wombats tho??

Driven any Modern Muscle cars yet, Id be all over those Dearlerships, test driving, like there was no tomorrow.  ;)

we used to get the "combat wombat"and the "super rat",i think they got superseded by the trail snail and the bog frog, hodies were good and cheap, the super rats were fast but in the day an xr75 would out steer one.
