Picked up this 750 recently. Hasn’t been on the road since the early 80’s! It starts but needs a little love. Paint and chrome is crazy good for its age. Came with a windjammer.
The catch- no title. Was looking at the bonded title route, but thought I’d check the forum first- anyone got a framed title for sale? I’d love to get this bike on the road again and not just part it out.
Welcome back aboard and congrats on your find! It is a great find. What does your state require on old vehicle titles? Did you get the previous registration and buy it from the previous owner? Did you get it from someone in your own state? Lots of left out info....
I had to get a bonded title when living in California which wasn't too bad to do.
I have a K4 frame here in NH but haven't gone to get a title for it yet. Changing the frame out will take lots longer than getting a bonded title.
Here in NH we can get a registration and title with a bill of sale and a previous registration or get a police officer to inspect the frame numbers and run the numbers for stolen.
