Don't mean to sidetrack the post, but with all the talk of security... I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with some sort of radio controlled ignition cut off. Here in North Philly (pretty ghetto), I'm kinda concerned that when I finish my cafe, it'll be an attractive prize to thieves in the area (no garage at my place). I don't really want to have to keep it at the garage I'm doing the work in - about 4 blocks away.
I was thinking about doing some sort of proximity switch, like my parents have on their Prius - an electronic key that I keep in my pocket that will cut all power if I'm more than a few feet away. I'll be using rotor locks, steering lock, and I'll probably sink an anchor for a chain at my place, but I'd like something a little.... more.
Thanks,
Jay in Philly
