Topic: Best way to adjust camchain 350 Four?

A friend is reviving an old 350 Four and asked me how to adjust it's camchain. Over the phone I told him how I use to do it. But that's for a 500 and I remember some do it their way. Is it the same as for a 400. Can you do it whilst engine is running? At what rpm? Or is it better done static. Any specialities to observe? I did a search, but didn't find much on this subject.

500 and 550 are same type..but 350 and 400  are different..adjust is on front over oil filter..and  the bolt breaks easy..be care when loosning
i have to dril the old bolt aut and cut new m8..insted of m6
think it adjust dynamisk..but can be  done statisk as the 550

adjustment is done while running, at idle rpm.
