Has anyone used the DimeCity gasket sets?

Dimecity sells a gasket set for the CB550 for $99.  Has anyone used those gaskets?

Looks like they come with the tappet orings and the head nut seals, I know one or the other of those is not available with the vesrah/athena kits.
