Which is cheaper when you get a speeding ticket, pay it or try to fight it in court.?... unfortunately option A is less costly......... so, your caught by the b#ll$ and 'they' know it.... easy money/ tax collection IMO ( opinion based on Europe, but prolly' valid here also ! ).
Thats a good point Spanner, they should make it free to challenge speeding tickets. I highly doubt that would ever happen but it sure would even things up a bit..... ![Wink ;)](http://forums.sohc4.net/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

I've challenged 2 (of several) speeding tickets with good results. Can you not do that?
And it was quite some time ago, so maybe its harder here too. One in AZ, was a 45 in a 30. I proved that section of street was a 35, and got it cut back. In IN, I'm not sure what I was going to say, as i was guilty, but turned out i didn't have to say anything, the LEO didn't showand it was dismissed.
But more importantly, did this thread get hijacked, did everyone get the joke?
And as trivia, do Apaches sound like that?
