Topic: Threadlock

I"m building my 350f engine, and i'm unsure of where to put threadlock.  can someone point me in the right direction?  i have both the shop manual and the clymers, and neither tell me what i want to know

In over 30 years owning one of these bikes I have never had anything loosen up.  Just follow the manual & torque the fasteners according to instructions.  Do not overtorque standard metric nuts, bolts & screws.

i can totally understand the reason for that, but there is very limited number of torque specs....  i find myself going thru the shop manual and clymers trying to find them.

The important ones, of course are the crankcase halves, head to cylinder block & head cover/rockerbox.  Be careful not to overtighten the head cover as the head is soft metal & the threads will pull our very easily.  I use a torque wrench & do the right things, like sequential torqueing in stages but still stripped them out.
