Another non-SOHC4 bike question: CM200T

Does anyone know anything about the CM200T?

Got a snotter near me and I might pick it up this weekend for banging around near the house (private land as the bike has no title).  It's not my style, but with some lower handlebars and forks, might look good.

Any advice on these?

The Chinese make a copy of it, only its out to 250 now. Same crank as old CB125t (not sure if stroke is the same, maybe longer?) and same problems. Only has splash lube to left side big end. Works fine as long as you keep an eye on oil level and change it every now and again (otherwise big end breaks up) pretty much same engine as new CM250t

The one near me is rough and lacks a title, but runs good.  I'm probably gonna get it as the guy only wants $150 for it.  I plan to use it to run around private property (farm/ranch) and it's cheap enough for it.  Plus I could later break it for parts and get my money back.
