I have not been able to find this anywhere else on the forum, looked in eBay and for sale sections, my apologies if already here.

Sad thing is, the original builder put a ton of money and energy into this bike and then tried to sell it on eBay about a year ago. He finally sold it for some ridiculous price (around $5100 if I remember correctly) and now some wheeler-dealer is trying to make a killing reselling something he didn't have to create. I suppose that's now the way of the world, but after the recent display of Wall Street greed that has destroyed and damaged so many lives, I'm disgusted by people living just for the profit.

Okay, rant over.  >:(  RR

Oh Dear - looks like he covered a CB750 in superglue and ramraided his local bike breakers! Not even nice imho - too many bling parts that don't look good together. Less is usually more in these modern tart up jobs I think....

IMHO nicely done, but nothing to do with whatever SOHC. In fact think Soichiro would hate it.
Better sorry for failing then for the lack of trying.

What's with the hose going from the top of the gas tank down to a "T" and then feeding down to the starter box and PCV port on the head?

I saw this the other day, looks nice but....he's smoking crack with that price. for 16k you can buy 2 cbr 929's call airtech, have them make it look like a cr750 AND have them haul @ss with the 929 motor...you can tell he's a salesman trying to prey on the naive.
hey I have a 550 that i'll sell to the first guy with 10k :D

Looks like a way to pressurize the gas tank to force feed the carbs??

i hate the exhaust on the bike

most of the time i just dont get the mate a "new" bike with and "old" bike thing
im always wondering how they ride.
do they work?
i just feel that it would be alittle better then the "old" bike but not as good as the "new" bike so other then the look its not worth it.  that said i do like the look of some of them

Ooops!  :-[   I hadn't realised it had history, must pay more attention.
For what it is worth, i don't understand it or like it.
I posted a picture on the 'Twins' site of someone doing something similar, trying to give a modern look to a CB77, it just seems such a waste, but to each his own.

Yes Sam, been back a week. Don't think I upset too many people at TSA so you should get in OK  ;)
Looks like next trip will be Ohio, unless I get to do a road trip and move one of their cars.
