I have a set up kinda like that, just have the one on the left for now. I did not like how there is not a washer or some type of bushing to keep the grip neat looking. when you cut a hole in the end of your grip and install these the grip will kinda mushroom around the mirror mount.
so what I did was ordered a set of Moose bar ends.

then I drilled out and tapped the bar end to accept the bolt that was included with the mirror. then on the mirror I cut off the tit that would be inside the rubber that expands to hold the mirror in place. I placed an external star washer between them to keep the mirror from twisting. so far i haven't had any issues with them moving on me, but I don't ride my bike as much as I should either.
