Hi everyone im new to cb750's after just rebuilding one i found in a barn anyways my 74 750 is making way too much oil pressure you hear and see oil pissing out of the shifter cover also the oil tank dipstick is under ALot of pressure it goes woosh when you take it off after just shutting down the bike pleae help i really need to ride

Doesn't sound like oil pressure, sounds like crankcase pressure ( blowby).

Near the top of the motor is a large tube about 1/2 inch diameter.  This is the engine breather tube.  Make sure that tube and whatever it is connected to is clear and free flowing.  Flush out any barnyard animals hiding in there.  The oil tank has it's own breather tube, too.  But, I don't know that system well enough to explain it.  I'm more familiar with the Cb550s.
