I decided I would haul the 360 up to Fayettnam this weekend in order to thoroughly pasture test it at my buddy's house.  I spent some time buttoning up a few things last night, and I noticed my clutch has gotten way out of adjustment (i.e. disfunctional) .  I really dislike the whole clutch adjustment setup.  I spent a few hours tinkering with it the first time to get the clutch to properly engage and disengage.  Shame on me for not double checking to make sure that I had everything locked down then.

Better to find out now than later. Hopefully it's nothing too serious, but I do have the spare motor with a spare clutch.

Fingers crossed that it's just the adjustment.  It's such a precarious process of adjustment with the stupid spinning ramp/bearing thing-a-ma-bobber.

Once you get it figured out and have done it a few times, it's pretty easy to do.

Surely, it's got to get easier.  I was in a hurry and fighting the dark last night when I tried to fix it.  I will hit it hard when I get home and try to officially make it my beech.

DON'T order the collars from Powersports Plus! They sent me 4 different changes to the order, and each time showing a they could or couldn't get the collars I need. They can't get them, but are still shipping all the other stuff I really didn't need that bad. Sent a nasty email to them, but they still have the part number on the site. Now I gotta find another pair.....

Those look like the correct ones, but refuse to pay $28 for a couple pieces of pipe cut in half. I'll make my own if I have to.

I'm going to dig through my parts one more time, and see if I can find another pair.

I ordered something from that dude, and it tooks months to get it.   He gave me the run around and finally sent it to me.

Lighter note: my clutch is working.  Except my kick start goes limp when the clutch is in... For now neutral starts are ok.

Kicker wont work with clutch pulled. Thats normal.   Limp. No fun when you do it on purpose

Nope. I had one in new orleans that katrina got. I paid 800 for it and that was like 10 years ago.

D, it'd actually be perfect for you since you are the flipper/dude in need of another soon to be runner.  No offense, Brad.  I'm sure there's sentimental value there for you.  In the words of the seller "I know of it would be a food fixer upper "
