Project update? Got my guzzi and sidecar back from my brother. He straightened the frame and welded up some removeable brackets. I am super happy with it

If it's half as much fun as the two stroke in Texas, totally awesome.

I think it will hopefully be half as much fun. I think I can use it like a car when it warms up

Nice.  Looks like a fun ride.

How was the Texas trip by the way?

I thought it was pretty good. Sleeping on the ground was not my favorite thing. Trains going by multiple times in the night was also pretty cool.

The ride home was a bit rough I thought but I would probably do it again too.

Nice. Sidecars are a hoot.
Where you come from is gone.
Where you thought you were going to, weren't never there.
And where you are ain't no good, unless you can get away from it.

I think this ride report is worthy of and might be of interest to my fellow Scramblers.

Agreed. Good stuff in deed.

Anyone interested in buying or know someone interested in the cb550? I can't get motivated with it or motorcycles in general lately.

3 minutes from running and wiring the lights back in. That's about it.

I'd advise you to finish it and take it for a quick ride.  Then see if you still want to sell it.

It's up for sale.

I did oddly enough get a trade offer from the guy who bought my tt500. Wants to trade it back to me for the cb. I've contemplated the deal considering I think he fixed the issues I was having with it, but I need the cash. My BMW hasn't sold yet and blah blah blah excuses.

I need a dual sport.

Hah. Good time to sell it I suppose. Unless you are wanting to ride... is the scramble still on or is it no more?
